The Connecticut council of Administrators of Special Education is an organization dedicated to promoting professional leadership, exploring common issues, and developing improved services for exceptional children. Our members are active and retired professionals in the field of special education who seek to increase the educational offerings available for exceptional children, and to engage in professional development opportunities.
